if you read this blog and do not know what tiny desk is, let me enlighten you. npr invites musicians to their offices in dc to perform a concert on a tiny desk. they have very little room for equipment, so the music is stripped down to its core elements. it often becomes very acoustic and just has a different vibe than the studio versions of the songs. here's my favorites, as well their track lists. the italicized song is the one i consider the best as a tiny desk feature. doing this one in lowercase for aesthetic purposes. no specific order.
